His mother, a low-income earner, could not afford the life-changing surgery he needed. With little hope, she had resigned herself to fate.

Through the kindness of well-wishers and the support of the Rweteera Foundation, Vincent received surgery from some of the best surgeons in the country. Today, he walks confidently, full of life and joy. His transformation is not only physical, it’s emotional and spiritual. He now carries hope in his heart and a smile on his face.
